Job Description

We are looking for a team member who will work under the supervision of the Project Manager and will involve in all tasks related with the fabrication of the project starting from scheduling and till loading. You will be an important part of a dynamic team that ensures all customer requirements are fulfilled.

Key Tasks

▪ To plan the most efficient method of manufacture.

▪ Create engineering routings & plans to issue to production.

▪ Provide engineering drawings to aid manufacture using 2D & 3D CAD softwares.

▪ Provide effective communications and technical support to our clients.

▪ Track project cost in line with estimate.

▪ Support production throughout the manufacturing process.

▪ Meet pre-production engineering requirements/deadlines.

Qualifications

▪ At least 3 years of experience in related fields

▪ Excellent command of preparing schedules with Microsoft Project

▪ Experience and knowledge about processes involved in fabrication including machining, welding, laser cutting, CNC forming and finishes

▪ Good communication, a team player, and is comfortable with the pressures of working to time deadlines.

▪ Experience of using 2D and 3D CAD Softwares.

▪ Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages and ideally is confident in the use of an ERP system.

▪ A driven individual with a desire to achieve results and attention to detail.

Job Description

We are looking for a team member who will work under the supervision of the Quality Engineer and will involve in all quality control tasks related with the fabrication of the project starting from material acceptance till loading.

You will be mainly providing measurements, control of components and finished products as per Inspection Test Plans (ITPs).

You will be working under the quality requirements of ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 and a deep knowledge of all related European Norms is necessary.

You will be an important part of a dynamic team that ensures all technical specifications of the projcet are fulfilled.

Key Tasks

▪ Carry out dimensional and visual inspections on components and assemblies

▪ Quality Assurance and Documentation for a range of Products & Customers

▪ Maintain and control calibration of equipment

▪ Ensure use of calibrated gauges

▪ Create non-conformance reports

▪ Assist in internal audit process

Qualifications

▪ At least 2 years of experience in similar positions

▪ Knowledge of casting, NDT, welding, alloys and coating processes

▪ Knowledge of Quality Procedures & Tools

▪ Time served apprentice / graduate with Quality or manufacturing background

▪ Experience in Process Industry is preferrable

▪ Knowledge of ISO 9001 and ISO 3834-2 is advantageous

Job Description

We are looking for a team member who will work under the supervision of the Technical Manager. Detailer shall provide drawing services for all our client’s projects for estimating, design, fabrication and erection and working closely together with project teams.

The position requires generation of 3D models, arranging Shop Drawings for easy fabrication and preparing layouts for the machinery.

The work will also include any drawing requirements for revisions and variation orders.

You will be an important part of a dynamic team that ensures all customer requirements are fulfilled. In all interactions with customers, our culture of quality, professionalism, fairness, ‘can-do’ attitude should be held foremost in our client's minds.

▪ Develop project objectives by reviewing project proposals and plans; conferring with management and colleagues.

▪ Work in a team or as an individual to develop Project Models in accordance with client information.

▪ Work in a team or as an individual to develop Tender Models in accordance with client information and Estimate Department.

▪ Prepare all necessary drawings, models, and electronic data required, showing a technical understanding of these, documentation skills, and an understanding of design requirements.

▪ Full utilisation of ERP, Solidworks and Autocad.

▪ Determines project requirements by studying product design, customer requirements, and performance standards;

▪ Maintain project schedule and programme by monitoring own progress; coordinating activities; resolving problems.

▪ Coordinating with Sub Contract elements to ensure they fully integrate with the works.

▪ Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

Key Tasks

▪ At tender stage working with the estimating team to generate 3D models for both calculating quantities and client presentations.

▪ Production of bill of quantities lists.

▪ Comply with company procedure for drawing numbering and filing systems.

▪ Prepare and circulate notes of any drawing related meetings with clients, workshop and subcontractors.

Qualifications

▪ Detailed and expert knowledge of; Solidworks (at least 2 year experience), Autocad (at least 2 year experience)

▪ Experience working in Process Equipment design

▪ Strong attention to detail

▪ Excellent communication skills

▪ Ability to work to deadlines

▪ Good working experience with office softwares

▪ Good time management skills

▪ Good organisational skills

▪ Personable and able to work within a team environment, whilst displaying independence and initiative
